Welcome to Boulder Teen Community Bible Study (TCBS)!
Boulder Teen CBS is an interdenominational safe haven for teens where they can study God's Word with other Christians and seekers. The study is intense and thorough and free from social and doctrinal differences. There is no regard to each teen's knowledge of the Bible. Every teen will be introduced to Jesus Christ as Savior and have their knowledge of Him expanded. The studies will make them aware of God's plan for their lives and will come to know Him in a practical way.
2009-2010 Study
Our study study for 2009-2010 is The Servants of God - the books of Joshua, Judges, Ruth, and 1st and 2nd Samuel and begins on August 24, 2009.

Food signifies love and hospitality to the teens, so dinner is an important part of the Teen CBS evening. Students often come straight from school, practice, work or other activities, and they always come hungry. The mealtime provides a great opportunity for fellowship before the evening program begins.
Teens who complete their lesson are entered into a drawing. Each week several names are drawn and each winner get to pick a prize from the Prize Board. The Apocolypse Award is given to the core group with the most points based on attendance, lessons completed, memoery work, and Bibles brought (adjusted for the core group size).
Praise and worship serves to help the students focus on the Lord and offers students a chance to minister to their peers.
The Teaching Director or Associate Teaching Director gives a 15 minute "talk" each week, which is based on the weekly study.
After the talk, the class meets in Core Groups to discuss the lesson. A Core Group includes 5-15 class members of the same sex and is led by an adult Core Leader. The groups remain together for the class year.
